You provide us with some of the personal data listed below directly, for example when you create an account or make a donation. Since we (donors and campaigners) collectively raise funds, we may sometimes request and store information that could be considered personal, but which is necessary for processing donations and displaying campaigns.

The data we collect depends on the service you use.
Betalingsgegevens:
thebluemarble.club does not store donor credit card data or IBAN account numbers and does not have access to donors’ credit card information.
KYC / Know Your Customer Principle:
The following data is stored in encrypted form:
- First name
- Middle name (optional)
- Last name - Nationality
- Date of birth
This data is retained as long as a user is active and for at least five years after the account is deleted.

- Business operations
- Communication
- Newsletters (with consent)
Sharing of Data:
thebluemarble.club will never sell privacy data of donors or users to third parties, except to the charity to which the donation was made and only with explicit consent.
Hosting and Cookies:
Our website is hosted by Mijndomein Hosting. Functional cookies are used, and in some sections (such as YouTube), third-party cookies may be present.
Liability:
The Blue Marble is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by unlawful use by third parties.
User Responsibility:
You are responsible for the use of your login credentials.

- Magnific Popup: A plugin for displaying images and videos. Magnific Popup does not collect any personal data.

- ACF Pro (Advanced Custom Fields Pro): This plugin allows us to create custom fields for our content management. ACF Pro does not collect personal data but may store data that is created and managed through the WordPress admin.
